1. Log into your Google Apps for Work Admin console:
2. Click on Setup Up Billing
3. Set your options
Country: Your country eg. Australia
Currency: Your currency eg. AUD
Plan: Flexible -slightly more expensive (add or reduce your staff subscription month by month)
Annual cheaper but pay for the year (add staff but can’t reduce until the next billing period)
4. Continue filling out your details in the wizard until you're all signed up.
