Support request from a monitored PC

While logged into the PC or Server, right click on the Pulseway icon in the System Tray and select Request Support

When the dialog box appears, type your message in the field provided and set the Priority level of the message to indicate the importance of your issue.

Click send when finished and a support personnel will contact you on that machine via a chat session and get you up and computing in no time!
